Becoming a signatory of the WEPs does not constitute only a formal act, but it strengthens our commitment and attention to ensure equal career opportunities and flexibility, gender pay equity, fair and equal participation in training and capacity development courses, as well as to support and increase women's employment in roles requiring STEM degrees, by balancing the composition of functional areas in relation to gender.
