Our social enterprise was recognized among the 50 Leading Companies for Women in APEC (2014) and included in the Directory of Outstanding ASEAN SMEs (2015). Forty percent (40%) of our employees are female and the top executive/ managerial positions are held by women. Crea 8 Innov 8 has linkages with like-minded individuals, local and international organizations (such as Women's Business Council of the Philippines, International Organization for Standardization, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Filbamboo Exponents Inc., UNGC signatory World Bamboo Organization, etc). Our CEO actively participated in the standards development of the landmark document ISO IWA 34: 2021 Women's entrepreneurship - Key definitions and general criteria (launched on 08 March 2021 - International Women's Day). She is also a World Bamboo Ambassador-WBO, Climate Reality Leader, WG3 Convenor of ISO/ TC 296 and Vice Chair of BPS/TC76.
