We see that every year more and more women are joining amateur running, and running itself is becoming not only a sport for them, but also a space for support, personal growth, and self-confidence. That is why the "Courage to be the first" corporate foundation has been consistently working to create a more comfortable and accessible environment for women and mothers at our events — from dedicated women’s restrooms equipped with hygiene products to mother-and-child rooms. Joining WEPs is a natural continuation of this systematic effort to promote equal opportunities, inclusivity, and a respectful environment through sport
