With experience operating in 25 different fragile and conflict-affected countries across the world, CTG serves some of the world’s most vulnerable populations in countries such as Somalia, South Sudan and Afghanistan. As Women’s Empowerment Principle signatories since 2014, the drive to realise gender equity and women’s empowerment are embedded into our organisational culture and operations. Our UN-recognised initiative Female First pledges that by 2030, 30% of all our project roles will be represented by women- roles that range from data collectors to civil engineers, and explosive ordnance disposal experts.
