Coca-Cola Icecek A.S.

Karim Yahi (M)

Chief Executive Officer

Empowering women to thrive is a worldwide commitment for Coca-Cola, as well as for Coca-Cola Icecek (CCI), the sixth-largest bottler within the Coca-Cola system. Women play an increasingly important role in our business system and in our operating geography in general as professionals, entrepreneurs, suppliers, customers and consumers. We understand that it is essential for us to empower women to unleash their full potential in both economic and social life, if we are to grow our business sustainably. We also believe that our business can be very instrumental in promoting and supporting women'™s empowerment. Women worldwide, and particularly those within our operating geography, face shared barriers to success at workplace and in the marketplace. Our initiatives so far have proven that supporting women entrepreneurship is one of the best ways for their empowerment, and one of the most effective and lasting ways we can help families and communities prosper. We believe that business, government and civil society organizations must work in unison to tear down the obstacles that inhibit women from participating in social and economic life on par with men. We therefore fully endorse and support the Women'™s Empowerment Principles as one of the most important steps taken towards this goal.
