We are proud to commit to the Women’s Empowerment Principles, to drive gender equality at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) and in the wider community. Supporting women throughout our business is a key priority; we have a target for at least 45% of leadership positions at CCEP to held by women by 2030, and are improving the gender balance in our talent pipelines through a range of training programmes and other initiatives.
