Personally, I strongly believe that diversity is wealth, and I am happy to work in a company that shares the same values, and works actively on this issue. Despite our company’s commitment, I see around me, personally and professionally, that a lot remains to be done. There are too many cases, where gender balance remains an objective and not a full reality. I know it is a journey and as a manager, father and citizen, I consider that I have my role to play.
