As Çelebi Aviation, we believe it is a great initiative to empower women globally, and we are particularly pleased to share that our commitment to gender equality is reflected in our workforce. With a strong aim to focus on improving diversity and promote women empowerment globally across the aviation industry, I would like to mention that the ratio of our female top managers is more than 30%, and at our headquarter the ratio of female employees stands at an impressive 50%.
