Having worked in several management roles during over 18 years, I always felt I did not have to be as good as a man but twice as good, I felt I always had to be proving that I was good enough, struggle in many occasion to get respected as a man is within a business environment. One of the reasons I created my own company is because I wanted to be able to go as far as I could with no limitations for being a woman and without having to proof I am good enough. I would like as Canussa grows to provide opportunities to women who want to go a step further with no limitations for the fact of being a woman.
