It is our declared goal to bring together different views, experiences, competencies and potentials and to continuously develop as a company. We have already been able to make a number of positive changes, however, we want to do even better in this area. We believe that the principles will provide us with impulses on how we can accomplish this for Campana & Schott as well as for society as a whole - something to which I will continuously and personally commit myself.
