We have signed UN Global Compact as a company, because we believe in and try to subscribe to UN's SDGs. We also believe in Women's Rights and Gender Equality. Taking for granted the flow of employees and contractors is not a guarantee for gender equality in business sector. We are aware that the companies should make a conscious effort to respect and apply the rights of women in the field of business. That is why we are applying for this binding document, to remind us to make the conscious effort to make a difference for women's rights, knowing that our efforts in the field is only a drop in the ocean, but combined efforts in this direction will remove mountains.
