Our organization has shown for years, that gender is not an issue in our employment strategy. Both genders are treated 100% equal. While we are an organization that (at the moment) has an 80% ratio of women among employees and a 75% ratio of women in the management team, we are still thriving to encourage more women on our advisory board. We have 10 persons serving on our advisory board and at the moment unfortunately there is no women among those. We strongly encourage women from the management boards of our member companies to serve on the advisory board, but so far have failed to find women who would like to join.
