We will continue to promote employment and training on a global scale, supporting and standing by workers. By building the world's largest employment platform, we will address and confront the global social challenge of the mismatch between labor supply and demand. The important part of our SDGs initiatives and materiality is that we will achieve them through our main business activities. We believe that this approach will drive our company’s sustainability management, which in turn will contribute to the sustainability of society as a whole. We will continue to make progress, including the realisation of gender equality, which is one of the SDGs, in sustainability management to promote sustainability management across our entire group.
