The members of BPW Niagara Falls have always been very focused on empowering women, both here in our community, our country and also across the world – by mentoring and teaching leadership skills. We encourage self-empowerment for women in society, in the workplace and in educational systems. Our members have worked towards economic equality since our charter on July 17, 1917 and we continue to bring more awareness of the benefits of an equal society through community building events, fundraising and partnerships with women-based organizations and groups. Through our programs and events, we reach out to the workplace and community. We pride ourselves as viable leaders who empower and assist women, by example and education, to create and lead positive change both for themselves and those around them. By working through advocacy, personal development, leadership, mentorship and networking, BPW Niagara Falls continues to provide women the support that they require to make positive changes.
