As the current leader of a women-funded company, my commitment at the corporate level is to preserve and expand the equality and opportunities that women have provided to me. Beyond the immense gratitude and respect I feel for the women in my life, and my personal efforts to challenge a system that often fails to recognize their worth, I want to lead Blumergy in becoming a beacon of equality at every level—including gender, race, sexual orientation, and especially ideology—while acknowledging Colombia’s past and its ongoing efforts to heal.
