There is no good reason why, in todays society, gender bias of any form should exist. We should be able to work together, continously supporting and learning from each others strengths. Being open and inclusive is how we move ahead, not only in business, but in life. On a personal note, this website has given me cause to pause and think deeply about this issue, not as something in the background, but as an front facing problem that we need to address.
