We recognize that incorporating environmental and social sustainability into our operations requires decisive action, and we are willing to do that. Our focus has been shifting in the past several years to prioritize community engagement, gender equality and environmental consciousness. In the coming years, we are planning on implementing on gender equality, to encourage gender balance in a male-dominant business environment. We want to promote STEM education for younger girls, to break boundaries of outdated beliefs that some industries are not for them.
