Embracing gender equality is not only the right thing to do, it’s also good business. We know ability is not defined by gender nor is it relevant to business success. Gender equality can’t just be a talking point. Employers have the responsibility to help break down gender bias by driving gender equality in the workplace and incorporating the WEPs into their daily business practices.
