Today, there is a strong need for women's equal participation and involvement in decision-making processes to ensure better prospects and fair opportunities for all citizens. At the AIFC, we have launched “Women’s Economic Empowerment, Education and Entrepreneurship” initiative aimed at expanding the entrepreneurial, educational and investment opportunities for women in Kazakhstan and the region. Our support of the UN Women's Empowerment Principles reflects our strong position and actions taken to promote gender equality. We continue to work on advancing women’s economic rights and opportunities in the workplace, marketplace, and communities.
