Having a great experience of 90 year history in our business, we are proud of our decision made in late 2020 to increase the number of women in our company at all levels and empower all women at their positions. In Aug 2022, our signing UN Global Compact has also taken an outstanding initiative to promote this understanding not only to our own people, also to the whole sector and community. We have reshaped our strategic action plan to be in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals. And now, with the help of having more women at leadership roles and operations in our workplace and empowering them, we actually will create a real impact on gender equality and be investing in a more inclusive successful future.
