As a woman founder myself, the WEPs resonate with me and this is why we will work toward removing negative or unnecessary stereotypes in our media, providing the right education and advancement opportunities for girls and young women, and supporting women-owned business. For our business we attract associates with our walk-the-talk philosophy in providing flexible hours for both women and men. We show that everyone has the same share in how they want to contribute to our leadership development programs.
