Gender equality is one of the key objectives Arup is committed to globally. We recognize that this goal can be achieved only if we act and work together and in a holistic manner, which is why we promote gender equality on all levels: in our line of work, our community engagement activities, and by creating an inclusive work environment. Our focus on gender equity has resulted in significant progress towards our targets of having a minimum of 40% women in our membership and in our leadership cohort (Grades 7, 8, and 9). We have more work to do, but we have achieved good results and are heading in a positive direction.
