In ANAVATHMISI S.A, we acknowledge that gender equality is a human rights challenge worldwide and only with the full participation of women in the economy, substantial results in job creation, innovation, productivity, and sustainable economic growth will happen. Signing the WEPs is the least we can do but also a key milestone, so that we show our commitment in reinforcing gender equality in the workplace.
