As the founder and Managing Director of Analytics & Insights Asia, I am deeply committed to gender equality and women’s empowerment. Now more than ever, organizations need to stand together and use the Women’s Empowerment Principles as a guiding framework—not just within our own workplaces, but in the impact, we create in the world. At Analytics & Insights Asia, we are dedicated to ensuring fair treatment for all women and men at work, upholding human rights and non-discrimination, promoting education, training, and professional development for women and, prioritising collecting data disaggregated by sex, as well as capturing data that specifically impacts women and girls, thereby providing crucial insights into differences in well-being between women and men, and girls and boys.
