I am committing our company to the Women’s Empowerment Principles because I have spent years working alongside women whose intelligence, courage, and professionalism keep vital work moving in some of the hardest environments in the world. Too often, women carry enormous responsibility whilst facing needless barriers, scrutiny, and exclusion. We want to stand clearly for a different standard: one where women are respected, trusted, safe, and able to lead fully.
