We need to keep this in mind; “The first condition of civilization is kindness and justice.” Social justice, climate justice, economic justice, global justice and sustainable justice… So how can we provide the justice? Not by being passive or not with simple acceptance… Justice is possible only with empowerment of women, who never give up the struggle for freedom, Justice is possible only when women are at the forefront of society. Climate crisis, gender equality, sustainable development; they are being used more and more in the discourse of managers who see this as new opportunity for investment and profit. However, we are still defending a real illusion, not the truth, if we use these words for reputation, success and strategy. The real truth is far beyond that. The truth is the realization of all these discourses. Women's empowerment is basis for a developed, respectable, fair and sustainable world. That's why we've been working for years to break the entrenched perceptions of ethnic discrimination, gender inequality, and imposing status in society. This is how system innovation begins. Şunu aklımıza kazımamız gerekir; “Medeniyetin ilk şartı; nezaket ve adalettir.” Sosyal adalet, iklim adaleti, ekonomik adalet, küresel adalet ve sürdürülebilir adalet… Peki, bu adalet nasıl sağlanabilir? Pasif ya da basit bir kabullenişle değil… Adalet; özgürlük mücadelesinden asla geri adım atmayan kadınlarımızın gerçekten güçlendirilmesi, toplumda en önde yer almasıyla mümkündür. İklim krizi, cinsiyet eşitliği, sürdürülebilir kalkınma; bunu yeni yatırım ve kâr fırsatları olarak gören yöneticilerin söylemlerinde gittikçe daha fazla kullanılıyor. Ancak bunu bir repütasyon, başarı, strateji kaynağı olarak görürsek; gerçek bir yanılsamayı savunmuş oluruz, hakikati değil. Hakikat bunun çok ötesindedir. Hakikat, bütün bu söylemlerin fiiliyata dökülmesidir. Kadının güçlenmesi; gelişmiş, saygın, adil, sürdürülebilir dünyanın temelidir. Bu yüzden biz yıllardır; etnik ayrımcılık, cinsiyet eşitsizliği, statü dayatmak gibi kemikleşmiş olan algıları kırmak için çalışıyoruz. Sistem inovasyonu ancak böyle başlar.
