Gender equality is critical for modern societies at a fundamental level, and while some countries have started taking steps in the right direction, the effort is not rapid enough. I am increasingly concerned that in 2022 we are still developing mandates to promote gender equality, when this should be the standard. More companies and people need to adopt sound gender equality principles. For this reason, Adaca are joining the WEPs to demonstrate our support for the strong principles that all companies should adopt.
