For us, this is not just a trendy solution but an opportunity to analyze our corporate policies, content and promote information about gender equality. We have taken time to study the issue of gender discrimination both in the team and in the products we broadcast. I am convinced that in a civilized society, media companies must promote gender equality, fair treatment of men and women at work, ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all workers, and promote women's education, training, and professional development.
